About the art: Meet the historic McNeill Street pumping station in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana. This hand painted piece is an oil painting on stretched canvas, 16x20 inches. This visit occurred on a cloudy day and the bricks were a deep, rich red. Main colors are deep red, green, gray, and white. The front of the pumping station is featured in a somewhat sharp perspective. There are industrial style windows and you can see through some of the windows, through windows on another wall. Please contact Lenora De Lude with any questions.

Parts of the system, along with additions, continued to operate until 1994.

Explore rough, rocky landscapes and old, crumbling buildings, made of rocks, stone, stucco, and wood. There are paintings of Louisiana and the southwest states of Texas, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. You'll also find fanciful works of imagination. These are the paintings of Lenora De Lude. "When I look at the beauty and majesty of creation, I know I can never duplicate the work of the ultimate Master, God Himself. But He has put a creative spark into me, and so I create. Come and see my creations. Pick up a few prints and cards. More will be added soon, and then more after that."
