Artist's Description
The watermark (Fine Art America) will not appear on your artwork. The original is acrylic paint on stretched canvas. Main colors are red, gold, yellow, and blue. An ornamental cross takes center stage. The cross consists of vines and other ornamentation. There is an ornamental upper border. A snake is trapped beneath the bottom bow. Yes, the snake represents a defeated Satan, defeated by Jesus Christ. A saturation of red below the cross brings blood to mind. I consider this spiritual art, and some would call it religious.
....................................
My crosses are all empty, because the Savior is no longer hanging there. A couple of Bible verses come to my mind. One is Romans 16:20: "And the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet [...].
...................................
The other is Genesis 3:15: "And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; it shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel."
