This hand painted artwork combines a few things that I love. I love stone, rocks, and things like that, so I painted a stone wall. I love things that are old, that is what the bottles and jug represent. I also like to put a bit of the "shiny" into a still life, which is what I have done here.

For this painting, I used acrylic for the wall and part of the table. The bottles were painted in oil. So is it an oil painting or an acrylic painting? I hereby declare that it is both. You could say that it is mixed media, but that conjures images of glue and collage, and this definitely a painting.
..........................
In this painting, several bottles have congregated on an old brown wooden table. Four of them are blue, and the fifth slips into the star role by virtue of its red body and gold cap. Behind them stands a rough stone wall in varying shades of blue and gray.

Stone is a wonderfully fun thing to...
Explore rough, rocky landscapes and old, crumbling buildings, made of rocks, stone, stucco, and wood. There are paintings of Louisiana and the southwest states of Texas, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. You'll also find fanciful works of imagination. These are the paintings of Lenora De Lude. "When I look at the beauty and majesty of creation, I know I can never duplicate the work of the ultimate Master, God Himself. But He has put a creative spark into me, and so I create. Come and see my creations. Pick up a few prints and cards. More will be added soon, and then more after that."
